Now Hiring - Food And Beverage Japanese Bilingual Sales Representative in Los Angeles, CA

Luxe Seafood Company, one of the LA’s leading purveyors of fresh and frozen seafood has a unique and exciting opportunity for a Sales Person. Food knowledge and experience with all levels of restaurants and/or hotels is a plus for this position. Sales experience is not required, extensive training and on-going support is provided.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business
• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
• Communicate Seafood trends and updates to customers
• Relate information to management on customer needs and opportunities
• Provide excellent service to all existing and potential customers
• Handle customer complaints in a positive manner
• Enter orders into our system

Qualifications:

• Good listening and communication skills
• Knowledge of fresh and frozen seafood, Sushi Products, shellfish, crustaceans, as well as accompanying dry, jarred, and packaged goods
• Team Player
• Excellent customer service skills
• Desire to succeed in the seafood industry
• 2 years of sales experience preferred
